Yoga Basics
11 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. EST

This is an all levels mat class that offers a range of postures, breathing techniques, and mudras. Class content and focus varies from week to week.

Gentle Adaptive Yoga
5 - 6:15 p.m. EST

This is a gentle mat class that uses (optional) chairs for standing poses. The focus of this class is stretching, balance and relaxation.

Chair Yoga
Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. EST

This Chair Yoga class offers seated and standing poses using a chair. Students have the option to practice only the seated poses or both seated and standing. The standing poses focus on balance and strength. Mudra meditation is offered in place of relaxation at the end of class.

Yoga Nidra
and Mudra Meditation
Thursdays 11 - 11:45 a.m. EST

Deep relaxation and meditation. A great way to release tension and center yourself.

  • The classes are offered for free. We all need our yoga now, more than ever.  Please don’t let your ability to pay stop you from participating.

  • Students who still have make-up classes from the last session are encouraged to use the Zoom sessions, not only to make up your missed classes but to stay engaged. You’ll be practicing with your fellow students. 

  • Students who have paid for the March – April term at St. James Church are encouraged to participate in these online classes without additional payment.

  • If you would like to participate in any of the online classes, please contact me so that I can send you the Zoom link.
